As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Financial and Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a key role in our agency’s operational, financial, and administrative processes.

Role Overview:

The Financial and Administrative Assistant will be a central figure in ensuring the smooth operation of our agency, providing support across financial monitoring, office administration, and legal compliance. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a strong background in finance and administration. Working closely with company management, as well as external accounting and legal firms, the successful candidate will ensure our agency remains compliant, financially healthy, and operationally efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Monitor cash flow, prepare financial projections, and manage invoicing & payment processes. Collaborate closely with external accounting services to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Administrative Support: Oversee day-to-day office operations, manage personnel files, and ensure employee contracts and documentation are up-to-date. Handle the administrative aspects of onboarding new employees.
  • Tender and Client Management: Apply for public and other project tenders. Create and dispatch offers to prospective clients, maintaining meticulous records and follow-ups to ensure opportunities are maximized.
  • Legal and Compliance: Liaise with external legal support to ensure all company operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in financial management and administration.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Montenegrin and English.
  • Experience in applying for and managing tenders, as well as in contract management.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred: A background in business, finance, or a related field.
