We are looking for the position of:
Content Maker
Responsibilities:
- Managing communication on social media (strategy, content plan, media planning, posting, mechanics, control, statistics, reporting, and data analysis);
- Organizing and conducting shoots for assigned tasks;
- Independent content creation: short videos, photo materials;
- Writing texts, scripts, selecting references, creating creatives;
- Preparing content for social networks (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube);
- Analyzing performance dynamics and working with efficiency, subscriber growth, and engagement;
- Providing detailed reporting on SMM, monitoring metrics, and weekly informing management of results.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in current video editing and photo editing software;
- Portfolio (completed projects) in the Horeca/Development segment is a plus;
- Proficiency in English at a level of at least B2 (knowledge of Russian and/or Montenegrin is an advantage);
- Good taste, sense of style, creativity;
- Awareness, knowledge of trends;
- Understanding of social networks: working content formats, algorithms, audience behavior;
- Responsibility and initiative. Desire to develop in your field, create the best cases on the market.
