Your tasks will cover the following:
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, and guidelines
- The skipper is in charge of the yacht’s navigation, mooring, anchoring, and keeping the deck
- and cockpit of the yacht clean
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service
- at all times
- Responsible for health and safety issues relating to the boat
- Skipper must know and obey all Montenegrin Cost regulations
- Skipper must be aware of all special events and promotions to properly guide guests
- Greet all guests pleasantly and helpfully
- Practice and instruct guests in safe boating operations
- Assist the guests to maximize their recreational experience
- Maintain the boat storage area in a tidy and clean state
- Participate in breaking down and general deep- clean of the property after every event
An ideal candidate will have the following personality traits, skills, and experiences:
- Experience in this profession
- Sailing certificate
- Experience in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of English, every additional language is a bonus
- Great time management skills
- Great communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Good decision-making and organizational skills
- Understands and demonstrates good internal customer service and works to support
- organizational goals
