"MONTENEGRO TOURIST SERVICE DMC" agency has been operating for more than 15 years in the Balkan region (Southeastern Europe) in the following countries: Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Albania, Macedonia, as well as in Hungary, Austria and Italy. We are engaged in group and individual travel, focusing on quality service through our infrastructure and network in these countries. We do customized programs for FIT travelers, MICE programs, business trips, luxury trips and transfers, as well as special programs and events up to our client requests. We are also developing online platforms for promotion and sales of our products.

Tour guide
JOB DUTIES OF AN EMPLOYEE:
- Tour guiding the sights of a particular area;
- Informing clients about historical events and culture of Montenegro;
- Organization of all activities that might be needed for the tour (from purchasing tickets to making dinner reservations to booking activities);
- Consulting with clients to regarding tour requirements;
- Create a tour guide script that will be presented during the tour;
- Providing basic information to tourists, related to the purpose and travel plan;
- Providing informative eco-focused guiding tours;
- Taking care of documents for border crossing;
- Learn about any necessary safety procedures and present this to your tour group;
- Applying environmental safety standards throughout tours;
- Stopping at the sightseeing spots and helping tourists with making memorable photos;
- Giving practical advices to tourists;
- Respond to visitors questions and be able to guide them in the right direction if they need anything;
- Provide any further assistance that might be needed, including during emergencies (e.g. administering first aid or contacting the police when something gets stolen);
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Fluent knowledge of Chinese language is a must – reading, and comunicating;
- Excellent knowledge of English is needed;
- Possession of a license to conduct travel guide activities;
- Driving licence „B“ category;
- Knowledge of geography;
- Wider knowledge of historical facts;
- Knowledge of different cultures;
- Superb comunication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and resourcefulness;
