Adriatic Boat
Adriatic  Boat  (AB)  is  new  company,  established  to  fill  the  gap  between  current  offer  and  most demanding requests and needs within maritime services such as: boat transfers, rentals, customised tours and charters.  Having that in mind, AB created it own fleet of new Ranieri speed boats, while there will be other premium vessels of different sizes at its disposal.

Our home port will be D-Marin Portonovi, where our friendly and professional staff will greet you and help  you  select  appopriate  service  and  desired  vessel.  Why  satisfy  with  average  and  „standard“ services, when AB can render best services and unforgettable moments, whether you spend less or more time with us. Company will be strategic parter of PRMC, hence primarily rendering services to Portonovi guests, associated, partners and employees.

Office Manager
Our company is looking to hire an Office Manager to be responsible for the general operation of our office. Duties will involve greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, purchasing office supplies and  taking  proper  inventory,communication  with  our  associates, managing  our  websiteand coordinatingour office marinato ensure maximum productivity.

To be a successful hire, previous working experience within tourism services segment is desirable. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.

Office Managerand Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing general office operation.
  • Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, emails, and delivering world-class service to our customers.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
  • Supervising administrative activities.
  • Coordinating bookings of our fleet and our associates.
  • Coordinating day to day operations and financials with our accounting.
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, managing our web site.
Office Manager Requirements:
  • Experience inservice coastal industry
  • Proficient knowledge of English, additional languages are advantage
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Type of employment:
  • Seasonal work
