Beta Investments JSC is an Investment Company licensed by the Capital Market Commission of Montenegro. We are building a team and looking for potential colleagues for the position IT SUPPORT OFFICER.

If you have:
Highschool or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a technical support role, experience in Banks or other financial institutions is advantage.
Certifications are preferred, but not required.
Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware.
Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
Good knowledge of English (other languages are advantage);
Your role and responsibilities would be:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners;
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
Setting up accounts for new users;
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware;
Install and configure software and computer systems;
Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems;
Provide technical support to the entire organization;
Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues;
Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems;
Repairing and replacing equipment if necessary;
Other activities related to the position.
