Your responsibilities on this position:
  • Act as responsible person for condominium association (CA) matters (manages the annual meetings of the CA, participates in drafting and distribution of the meetings’ agenda and other communication prior to and following the meetings etc.)
  • Familiarizing homeowners with all aspects related to their units - with outstanding debts, obligations, informing about new activities, technical aspects, discussing the complaints
  • Creating all administration paper related to homeowners matters
  • Act as main responsible person for communication with homeowners (including delivery of documents relating to the cadastral inscriptions and tax decisions relating to individual properties, manages all communication relating to outstanding charges and defaulting homeowners etc.) / Fully familiar with all aspects of business in order to manage the requests of homeowners and complaints
  • Managing post-sales activities (property handovers, defect removal etc.) / Manage providers / Make sure that the process is developing with deadlines and according to action plan
  • Assists and follow up process of invoicing of monthly homeowner fees / Being familiar with all invoicing details, finance and legal matters
  • Follow up of debt collection related to homeowners’ fees
  • Suggesting, proposing improvements of homeowner services package
  • Checking the satisfaction of homeowners
  • Other duties assigned by Superior

Skills and experience you need for this role:

  • Managerial experience is mandatory
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or customer experience
  • Business acumen / understanding of homeowner business / understanding legal and financial aspects
  • Strong communication skills – both oral and written
  • Excellent English knowledge / Knowledge of Russian is preferable too
  • Strong focus on clients
  • Orientation to details
