Job description:
- Invoice management;
- Controlling, supervising and assisting company’s partners providing accounting, payroll and tax services;
- Preparation, execution and control of the budget;
- Cash flow management and forecasting;
- Preparing timely and accurate managerial reports;
- Ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures and policies;
- Overseeing all local tax and regulatory compliance issues;
- Controlling and monitoring preparation/submission of financial statements (to be prepared by external providers) and the process of its auditing (if required);
- Close cooperation with the external accounting on various issues;
- Overseeing the preparation and submission of VAT returns.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance / economics or in financial / managerial accounting or similar;
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience;
- Strong familiarity with MS Office: Strong Excel skills (to include familiarity with pivot tables, lookups, filters and logical formulas), Word, PowerPoint;
- Financial planning and reporting skills;
- Obligatory language skills: English (proficient);
- Knowledge of IFRS is a plus;
- Excellent cash flow management skills;
- Ability to plan and forecasts;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large amount of numbers and dates;
- Good negotiation skills.
