Lustica Development is looking for an experienced professional to join our Facilities Management team as the Asset & Facilities Manager. This is a critical role responsible for planning and managing the delivery of the operational plan in order to provide our homeowners and guests with a safe and quality experience here at Lustica Bay.
You will be responsible for:
- All aspects of the planning, scheduling and day-to-day operations undertaken by internal staff and external contractors, you will be expected to plan and deliver all maintenance services, both reactive and preventative
- Scoping of additional services, researching service delivery options, building and presenting costed proposals to senior management
- Implementing the Inventory Software Management Control system; managing and monitoring all aspects of asset reporting
- Overseeing the daily management of the warehouse, all property transportation issues including shipping requirements
- Planning and managing the delivery of al Health & Safety policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Plans
- Drafting & implementing all Asset & Facilities Management SOPs.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience of facilities management, including managing of projects and budgets, of developing and delivering plans, preferably in international or multinational company
- Have at least 3 years’ experience of working with asset management software and warehouse management
- Have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or 10years experience in facilities management in a leadership role
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of directing contractor resource and managing staff
- Be fluent in English and Montenegrin, both verbally and in writing.
You will be a disciplined and organized individual, accustomed to working with complexity and delivering to tight deadlines. Customer centric, you will be an accomplished relationship manager who can understand and meet the needs of a diverse group of stakeholders.
