  • Possession License for the supervision of construction works;
  • Work experience for at least 5 years in the business of building engineers;
  • Knowledge of design and mode site;
  • Knowledge of English language;
  • Knowledge of working on "AutoCAD", "Arm Cad", "Tower";
  • Computer skills MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet;
  • Driving license "B" category;
  • Position in Kolasin.
Job description:
  • The organization of the work of construction and maintenance of buildings for the needs of companies and supervision of construction and maintenance;
  • Monitoring and implementation of regulations on planning and construction and other regulations, standards and norms in the field of construction;
  • Obtaining documents from the relevant authorities necessary for the construction and maintenance of buildings;
  • Organizing, controlling and supervising the work of employees;
  • Communication and coordination with external contractors;
  • Perform other activities in the field of their qualifications on the orders of a superior;
  •  Writing the reports for the management.
