Area Management Assistant (f/m)

Responsibilities:
- Business Unit Management Support in all commercial, administrative and organizational tasks
- Office-Management (correspondence, date coordination, administration, filing etc.)
- Translations and interpreting
- Preparation of different analysis, reports and presentations
- Organization of meetings, events and business trips
- Minutes preparation and active schedule planning
- Following HR development by concern directives
Qualifications:
- Completed foreign-language study or business administration education or similar
- Relevant professional experience (at least five years) on a similar position
- Excellent knowledge in written and spoken English and/or German
- Driving license category B (not a must)
- Very good PC skills (MS-Office)
- Dedicated and diligent personality with organizational talent and communicational skills
- Independent and structured working methods as well as confident manner, with high capacity for teamwork and loyalty
- Ability to learn, flexibility and high level of dedication, as well as corporative thinking and handling
